These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Ringtailll webshop.

2. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and other information on our website are accurate and up to date.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and device.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information and make changes to products where necessary.
 

3. Prices

All prices shown on our website are the prices payable by the customer.

Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout and depend on the destination and size of the order.

Any applicable taxes, duties or import charges imposed by authorities in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
 

4. Orders

When you place an order through our webshop, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, such as where a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, you will receive a full refund.
 

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment must be completed before your order is shipped.

Your payment details are processed securely by our payment service provider. Ringtailll does not store your complete payment card details.
 

6. Shipping & delivery

We ship worldwide from Belgium.

Orders are normally handed over to bpost within 3 business days of placing an order.

Estimated delivery times and further information about shipping, customs and returns can be found on our Shipping & Returns page.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal services, customs or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period, please contact us at ringtailll@outlook.com so that we can investigate the issue.

If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and the order is returned to us, any additional shipping costs for sending the order again are the responsibility of the customer.
 

7. Customs and import charges

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Ringtailll has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
 

8. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

You may use our withdrawal form, but you are not required to do so. Any clear statement informing us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase is sufficient.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.
 

9. Returns

Returned products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, subject to the consumer's legal right to inspect and handle the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the direct cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us before returning an order so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

10. Refunds

If you exercise your legal right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of the original standard delivery.

We will make the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to another method.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

If you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery option, the additional cost will not be refunded.

We may reduce the refund if the returned goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning and this has resulted in a loss of value.
 

11. Exchanges and vouchers

Where appropriate, Ringtailll may offer an exchange or store voucher as an alternative to a refund.

However, offering an exchange or voucher does not affect any legal rights you may have, including your statutory right to a refund following a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal.
 

12. Damaged or incorrect products

We take care to package our products securely.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at ringtailll@outlook.com.

Please provide photographs of the product and its packaging so that we can assess the issue.

This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection and guarantee legislation.
 

13. Legal guarantee

All products sold to consumers are covered by the applicable statutory guarantee.

Under Belgian law, consumers generally have a two-year legal guarantee for a lack of conformity that exists or becomes apparent within the applicable guarantee period.

If you believe that a product is defective or does not conform to the purchase agreement, please contact us at ringtailll@outlook.com and describe the problem.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair or replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract, in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory rights.
 

14. Complaints

If you have a complaint about an order, product or our service, please contact us first at: ringtailll@outlook.com

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.
 

15. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.

Ringtailll is not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
 

16. Intellectual property

All content on the Ringtailll website, including logos, photographs, illustrations, graphics, text, product designs and other original material, belongs to Ringtailll or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
 

17. Privacy

Personal information provided when placing an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it and what rights you have.
 

18. Applicable law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory protections provided by the consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
 

19. Changes to these Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version applicable to your order is the version that was available when you placed your order.

20. VAT
Ringtailll operates under the Belgian VAT exemption scheme for small businesses.
VAT is not charged.
