We ship worldwide from Belgium.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your destination and the size of your order.
 

Orders are usually handed over to bpost within 3 business days of placing your order.

All orders are sent by standard, untracked mail.
 

Estimated delivery times

• Belgium: 2–5 business days

• Europe: 3–7 business days

• Rest of the world: 5–20 business days
   

These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, postal services and customs.
 

As our standard shipping is untracked, you will not automatically receive a tracking number. If your order is taking unusually long to arrive, please contact us by email and we will be happy to look into it.
 

Customs & import charges
 

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
 

Damaged or incorrect orders
 

We take great care to package every order securely. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us by email as soon as possible and send us a photo of the item and its packaging.

We will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.
 

Returns
 

Changed your mind? No problem.
 

You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know that you would like to return your purchase. You do not need to give a reason.
 

Please contact us by email before sending your return.
 

Products must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or we sent you the wrong product.

Please include your name, address and order number with your return.

Refunds
 

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund.

You can choose between:
 

• a refund to your original payment method, or

• a Ringtailll voucher for the same amount.
   

If you choose a refund, we will refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping cost. Additional shipping costs, such as choosing a more expensive delivery option, are not refundable.
 

Incorrect delivery address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs for sending the order again are the responsibility of the customer.
