What size are the bike stickers?
Each bike sticker is 10 × 170 mm and comes on a sticker sheet. The sheet includes a built-in ruler, so you can easily cut the sticker to the length you need. You can stick it on your bike anywhere you want! Each sticker sheet also includes a matching passport stamp sticker.
Will the sticker damage my bike frame or paint?
No. Ringtailll bike stickers are designed to be applied to bike frames and can be removed without damaging the original paint. For best results, always apply them to a clean, smooth and undamaged surface.
How do I collect stamps?
Each ride page in the Cycling Passport has a space for a stamp. There are no rules for what you put there. You can use the free passport stamp sticker that comes with your Ringtailll bike sticker. Or you can add a sticker from a cycling event, use one you picked up at a souvenir shop, get a real stamp somewhere along the way, or even add a photo. It's your passport, fill it however you like!
My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry! Things can sometimes go wrong during shipping.
Email us at ringtailll@outlook.com and include a few photos showing the condition of the product when it arrived. We'll have a look and see what we can do.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship worldwide from Belgium.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
Can the bike sticker handle rain and mud?
Absolutely. They're made from laminated vinyl with UV protection, designed to withstand rain, mud and everyday riding.
They can also be removed without leaving adhesive residue on your frame.
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship orders within 3 business days.
Once your order has been handed over to the postal service, delivery times depend on your location. As a general estimate, allow around 2–5 business days within Belgium, 3–7 business days within Europe, and 5–20 business days for the rest of the world.
